What's involved in a central system install

Unlike a single split unit, a central or ducted installation has to account for the whole property at once, how many zones the villa needs, where the indoor air handlers sit in the ceiling void, how ductwork routes to each room, and where the outdoor condenser units go without becoming a noise nuisance to neighbours. We walk the property first, room by room, before putting together a design and a written quote.

Zoning matters more than most people expect

Many JVC villas run two or three storeys with very different cooling needs floor to floor, bedrooms upstairs that need strong overnight cooling, a ground floor living area used mostly in the evening. A properly zoned system lets each area run independently instead of cooling the entire villa to one setting, which matters both for comfort and for keeping electricity costs reasonable over a full JVC summer.
